Second Spiral: A Liberdade de Ser

The First Spiral opened a path of recognition: the patterns that silently shape the way we feel and respond to life, and listening to the body as we move through emotions and relationships. Recognising was the beginning. Now the path asks what lies beyond the story.

At times we live caught in old stories that keep trying to protect us, or attached to images of ourselves that we learnt to sustain as a way of feeling love and safety. When we begin to recognise them with kindness, something gains room to breathe.

The Second Spiral does not seek to erase the past or deny what has marked us. It invites us to discover a presence wide enough to embrace our story without remaining limited by it.

What life becomes possible when we no longer steer it only from what we already know?

A year of inquiry

Each month opens a new door. The themes guide the journey, while leaving room for what is alive in the group and in each person's experience.

7. 06March 2027The body as a temple of lucidityInhabiting the body beyond its history, recognising it as a living place of presence.

How we live the Community

The structure is simple. What matters is the continuity from one gathering to the next.

• One live online gathering, on one Wednesday a month, from 19:00 to 22:00 (Lisbon time)
• Recordings of the gatherings, to follow at your own pace
• Guided meditations, practices and suggestions for integration
• Complementary materials
• Access to the content of the First Spiral
• Private group for support and sharing between gatherings
• Sessions with guests and special terms for some in-person and online activities

Everything takes place in the Community area, within Espaço Visão Pura. The work continues between gatherings, through the practices, the materials and the sharing group.

Join at any time

You do not need to have taken part in the First Spiral: the Second Spiral is also a way in. You can join at any point in the year, starting with whatever theme is alive that month. Earlier gatherings and materials remain available in the Community area, so you can return to them whenever it feels right.
