Access to and use of this website, as well as the activities, courses and services available, are subject to the conditions set out here. Use of the website implies acceptance of its terms of use, which are subject to updates, so we suggest that you consult them regularly.

Licence of use and online participation

The purchase of online products/services gives the right to download them for personal use. Personal use does not include the right to modify or copy the content, to use it for commercial purposes or public communication, or to transfer it to other people. Copying, renting, lending and public communication are prohibited.

Purchase of online products and services

The purchase of online products/services depends on correct and truthful information being provided. The purchaser is solely responsible for the use made of the content of the products/services, given that their nature is purely informative/educational and they are not intended to replace any applicable support, advice or treatment.

Security: this website uses a secure online purchasing system.

Cancellation policy

Online products, services and activities: orders/subscriptions may only be cancelled if they have not been paid. If payment is not made, orders/subscriptions will be cancelled automatically within a few hours.

In-person activities (workshops, retreats, courses, etc.): in the event of withdrawal, notified in writing, the registered participant will be entitled to a refund of the amounts already paid, less the following costs:

• Non-refundable costs incurred with suppliers (transport, accommodation and meals, activities already paid for and other services). The calculation of these costs is subject to each supplier's fees and cancellation policy;
• Insurance in the participant's name, if it has been taken out;
• Administrative costs, which may be up to 20% of the total price paid;
• Costs such as payment of the facilitators, which may be up to 20% of the amount allocated to that purpose.

Under the terms and conditions laid down in Decree-Law no. 156/2005 of 15 September, as currently in force, Léguas Peregrinas has an online Complaints Book (Livro de Reclamações).
