Privacy and Security Policy

Main purpose

To process your registration as a subscriber and/or user, in order to manage our relationship with you and to provide information about activities, products and services, including sending an informative newsletter.

• Managing your registration request and activating your subscription, which requires verifying your identity and collecting your contact details. If an incident occurs during the registration process, we may contact you within the following 48 hours to complete your registration.
• Providing products and services, whether contracted or made available free of charge, and managing our relationship with you, including sending communications related to those products and services, handling questions and complaints, sending products and invoicing payments where applicable, and satisfaction surveys.
• The Visão Pura newsletter and other communications about activities, products and services are only sent to you with your consent. Communications necessary for the activity you have registered for, such as access details and changes of dates, continue to be sent.

Consent to the newsletter

When you register or make a payment, consent to the newsletter is requested in a separate, optional box, which starts unticked. Your registration does not depend on that choice.

When you tick the box, we record your choice, the date and the version of the text you accepted, linked to your registration.

You may withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in each email or by writing to suporte@visaopura.pt. A previous unsubscription is always respected: only a new, explicit consent allows you to receive the newsletter again.

Additional purposes

To carry out satisfaction surveys about the activities, products and services you have access to as a subscriber and/or user.

Fraud prevention.

To make it easier for you to access the contracted service, respecting your choices for the development of the contractual relationship.

Rights

You may access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your personal data, as well as withdraw your consent and exercise other rights, as described in the additional information, by sending an email to suporte@visaopura.pt.

Mandatory data

The data requested in the forms must be provided; otherwise we will not be able to provide the service. The newsletter consent box is optional.

Recipients

Léguas Peregrinas does not share your data with third parties. However, as it carries out its activity with some service providers who work with it (providers of accommodation, meals, technology and IT services, etc.), these may, on behalf of Léguas Peregrinas, access and process that data, always and only in accordance with the express instructions given to them and as a result of the contract concluded between Léguas Peregrinas and those service providers.

Retention period

The user's personal data are kept by Léguas Peregrinas only for the period strictly necessary for the purposes of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship, except where statutory retention obligations under the applicable legislation (such as tax or commercial law) require your personal data to be kept for a longer period.
